Dreamy bedroom for a rental

Create a charming bedroom in your rental apartment with plush bedding, faux fur cushions and romantic fairy lights

The nip in the air makes for perfect lie-in mornings. And if you thought there wasn't much you could do with your rental pad, think again. Let’s start with the bed first. No bed? No problem – just pile on a few mattresses. Throw a mattress protector or a comforter for a softer feel. Cover it with a soft, plush duvet. Work with materials and textures that exude luxury – we are loving faux fur this season. It’s perfect for that super cosy, luxurious and sink-in feeling we want for our bedroom.

Don’t forget to add a low table to the side. If you are updating your bedroom on a budget, then you can simply use old magazines as legs and place a simple plank of ply on top. Weave in some fairy lights, frame your favourite quotes, add a table lamp for some late night reading and you’re set.
