Head to Baro’s bazaar for sustainable decor products this weekend

Given the urgency of climate change and the conversations around it, it is an intuitive shift for both manufacturers and consumers to create eco-friendly products that look good and of course function just as well. If there’s an equally important actor in this story, it is retail and the spaces that present sustainable products.

Baro, the eclectic lifestyle brand in central Mumbai, has always promoted artisanal, crafts-based accessories, furniture and art. This weekend, which is also Women’s Day weekend, the duplex store will become the setting for ‘The Good Life’ bazaar. To help you plan your purchases, we have made a selection of items from the brands that will be presenting their products at the event. All of them have been crafted from recycled, or biodegradable material, and many are upcycled products. Shopping with a heart, that’s what we call it…
