Interior designer, Devyani Singh of The Kotri is known for her eye for detail and keen sense of design. So we thought who better than her to help us unravel the best-kept secrets of home décor. Here’s here list of go-to shopping destinations.
Flea markets: Porte de Vanves and Saint Ouen flea markets in Paris, Bermondsey Antiques Market and Camden Passage market in London and Lewes flea market in East Sussex.
Furniture: You can always find something interesting at MG Road in Gurgaon, Chor Bazaar in Mumbai and antiques dealers in Kolkata. I also like the products from Bo Concept, Nina Cambell, Vimercati, Limón, Baro and Scarlet Splendour.
Fabrics: Chandni Chowk and HP Singh, New Delhi are great for fabrics. I love floral prints from Designers Guild, hand-block prints from Sanganer near Jaipur, and brocades and silks from Benaras.
