Whether it’s through their quality paints, a range of furniture for every design personality, a one-stop shop for all your home décor needs with the Beautiful Homes Boutique or building your home from scratch with the Beautiful Homes Service, Asian Paints is on a constant journey to provide modern products, services and solutions for designing a home.
With the ongoing pandemic compelling families across the globe to spend more time at home over the past year, the need for upgrading the design and décor of our spaces has grown, leading Asian Paints to launch its first home furnishings range—AP Fabrics.
A Luxury Range For Everyone
As diverse as its culture, India’s demographic comprises a few of the most opulent homes in the world juxtaposed with the most frugal and simplest. But whenever Asian Paints has been a part of any kind of new product launches, there’s always been few things in common—a range for every kind of home, a warranty and mark of quality. With this approach in mind, AP Fabrics will be available in the following three ranges:
Nilaya
In one of most exciting collaborations, Asian Paints has joined forces with one of India’s favourite fashion designers Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Nilaya Sabyasachi Fabrics is Asian Paints’ finest range of furnishings, brought to life by the textile genius from Kolkata in five exquisite collections—Thar, Makhmal, Soofa, Hazaribagh and Chowk. The collection has been inspired by intricate paintings from the Coromandel coast, heritage embroideries, motifs and patterns from Kolkata, and miniature paintings from Murshidabad, and also includes three Nilaya Sabyasachi wallpapers.

Asian Paints has collaborated with the Pure Concept resulting in two quintessential brands, rebranded to coexist with Royale and Nilaya.
Royale
To stay in tune with its promise of quality and variety, Asian Paints has collaborated with The Pure Concept—an internationally acclaimed brand renowned for its quality and creativity, producing unique furnishing fabrics for the home. This has resulted in two quintessential brands, Pure Fine Furnishing and The Pure Concept, rebranded to coexist with Royale and Nilaya, two of the most loved brands from the Asian Paints’ stable.
Ador
With affordability in mind, the Ador range of fabrics come in a slew of blends ranging from cotton and linen to fine silk. In a mix of colours, textures and prints, this diverse collection of furnishings is also notable for its high Martindale rating. As a unit for quantifying the abrasion resistance of textiles, especially when used for upholstery, The Martindale method, also known as the Martindale rub test, simulates natural wear of a seat cover, where a textile sample is rubbed against a standard abrasive surface with a specified force. The higher the value, the more resistant the material is to abrasion. While the average Martindale for fabrics for private use should be around 10,000, the Ador range of furnishings can go up to 100,000!
