A nook for your afternoon siesta, Iqrup+Ritz

This furniture brand’s studio has inspiring décor sets that offer helpful cues on how to put an entire room together

For those familiar with Iqrup + Ritz’s furniture, their studio space in New Delhi should come as no surprise. Clean lines, an elegant colour palette and a contemporary design aesthetic come together to create tasteful furniture pieces which are on display as complete room sets. Walk-in customers can learn how to put together an entire set for a room, based on these looks or choose to mix and match pieces according to their individual tastes.

Founded in 2014 by mother-daughter team Iqrup and Ritika Dhamija, the brand’s intuitive understanding of tasteful décor comes from their core family business – Iqrup Designs, a firm offering architectural interior services and bespoke furniture, which was set up by Iqrup in 1985.  In the past, the brand has collaborated with independent design brands like Safomasi to create a range of exclusive upholstery fabric options for their furniture range.

What we love about this set-up from their studio is the earthy brown palette that connects their Snooze L-shaped sofa with the rest of the furniture-the Miles Coffee Table and the Hug Armchair. Take cues from this palette and the décor elements to create an understated and welcoming living room look.
