How it Works

STEP 1

Our Customer Experience Specialist (CES) will guide you through the entire process of getting an EMI plan for your home interior design before booking your site. The CES will explain the eligibility criteria and the offer terms. You could also get details of the EMI offer by downloading the Credit Fair app (for Android users) or visiting the website

STEP 2

Choose your instalments

The next step is to enter the loan amount on the Credit Fair app/website where you can select a tenure and instalment value that suit you best. These options are subject to credit eligibility. Terms of use are visible on the Credit Fair app and website. You’re one step away from the home interiors of your dreams!

STEP 3

Upload supporting documents

As a final step, you need to upload the supporting documents on the Credit Fair app/ website. The details on how to upload will also be present on the app/website. And that’s it, you’re done. The team at Credit Fair will validate all documents uploaded and confirm on your application within 24 hours. If there is any further clarification/document needed, you will receive a call for the same from the Credit Fair team.

Are these EMI options given by Asian Paints or another banking institution?

We have partnered with a trusted service provider by the name of Credit Fair (a Mumbai-based NBFC) to facilitate easy finance options for your home interiors. Asian Paints does not provide EMI options directly.

Can my entire bill amount be financed?

No, a maximum of 66% of your bill amount can be converted to EMIs.

Do I need a specific bank account/card to avail this scheme?

No. A digital bank statement (pdf) from any nationalized bank will suffice to start designing your home interiors with the Beautiful Homes Service.

Do these EMI options have processing fees?

There are no processing fees, hidden or otherwise.

What is the minimum bill value for an EMI plan?

The minimum bill value is INR 20000.

Can I get a no-cost EMI?

Yes, we have no-cost EMI options for tenure of up to 15 months. Speak to our Customer Experience Specialist (CES) to know more or visit the Credit Fair website to see if you are eligible.

Will my bank charge interest on the borrowed amount?

The interest rates (if any) will depend on the borrowed amount, credit eligibility and tenure. Download the Credit Fair app or visit the website for further details.

Will I have to pay a down payment?

Down payment details are available on the Credit Fair app and website once you have entered your loan amount.

How will the EMIs get charged?

The EMI amount will be deducted from your bank account every month. In case your auto-debit mandate is not registered, you will be sent a payment link.

Will the bank charge any additional tax on the interest payment?

No tax is charged on interest payments.

What is the maximum EMI tenure offered?

The maximum tenure offered is up to 24 months

Can I pre-close the EMI before the assigned date?

Yes, you can choose to close your EMI plan before the assigned date at no additional foreclosure charges.

What are the required post-approval documents?

Final invoice bill, signed proforma invoice from BHS and the advance payment receipt
E-signed agreement or a pdf of the physically signed agreement
2 undated cheques
2 NACH forms or E-mandate
A proprietor stamp is required on NACH if current account cheques are submitted
Self-attested KYC documents/ e-KYC
